Cancellation policy

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies only to products clearly identified as available for pre-order, including the Maison Kiuno hoodie. All other products are currently sold from available stock.

The hoodie pre-order campaign will remain open for 60 days. The exact opening date, closing date and estimated shipping period will be clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.

Production will begin only if a minimum of 50 confirmed pre-orders is reached by the end of the campaign. If this minimum is not reached, all affected orders will be automatically cancelled and customers will receive a full refund, without fees, through their original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

Customers may request cancellation of their pre-order before dispatch by contacting contact@maisonkiuno.com and providing their order number. Once the order has been dispatched, the Maison Kiuno Return and Refund Policy and the applicable statutory right of withdrawal will apply.

If the estimated shipping date changes, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will retain all rights available under applicable consumer law.
